Norstar Technical Support Center Information
Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Central time.
Emergency
Technical Support response during non-business hours is also available to all
Customers at no additional charge during the initial
installation and while the warranty is still in effect. Only Emergency
situations will be responded to after normal business hours. Please check your
documentation to ensure your system /equipment warranty is still valid.
Please keep in mind that if you are not currently an existing client, your support call may be billable.
