 Norstar Technical Support Center Information

Hours of Operation: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Central time.
Emergency Technical Support response during non-business hours is also available to all Customers at no additional charge during the initial installation and while the warranty is still in effect. Only Emergency situations will be responded to after normal business hours. Please check your documentation to ensure your system /equipment warranty is still valid.

Please keep in mind that if you are not currently an existing client, your support call may be billable.

Note: to access programming, you must use an M7310, M7324.

To determine your software version, follow the steps below:

Press FEATURE * * 2 6 6 3 4 4  def ( CONFIG )

Password: 2 6 6 3 4 4  def ( CONFIG )

IF YOUR SYSTEM PASSWORD CHANGE CALL US WE CAN HELP YOU TO RESET THE PASSWORD.

Display will read: "Terminals & Sets" or "Configuration" DEPEND ON YOUR SOFTWARE

Press BACK until the display reads: "Maintenance"

If the Display reads "Maintenance", Press SHOW Then  Press Next to see

If the Display reads "System Version", Press SHOW Once.

Your System Version will then be displayed on the display screen.

Norstar Voicemail

Note: to access programming, you must use an M7310, M7324.

To determine your software version, follow the steps below:

Press Feature 983

when display show Log: 1020000 

( if you have 2digit 120000)

( if you have 4digit 10020000)

Then Press 9

 will show your Voicemail software Version
